While there will be an improvement in weather conditions, the impacts of recent rainfall will continue in parts with further flooding possible in Leinster and Munster. Starting mostly cloudy this morning with patchy rain, drizzle and mist. It will become sunnier from the north as the day goes on with just isolated showers possible. Highest temperatures of 7 to 12 degrees, coolest in Ulster, in a light to moderate northeast breeze.

Tonight will be dry for most with long clear spells and just a chance of the odd stray shower, mainly in Ulster or north Connacht. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees in mostly light northerly breezes, bringing a chance of frost.

Amárach

A dry day tomorrow with sunny spells for much of the day. Cloud will build from the northwest later with a little patchy rain and drizzle moving into parts of Ulster and Connacht in the evening. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees in light variable breezes.
