Tonight will start off dry and mostly cloudy. Persistent rain in the west will spread eastwards to all areas overnight. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees, with moderate, occasionally fresh, southerly winds.<br><br><br><br><br><br>

Thursday will start off with rain in many areas. Bright or sunny spells will develop in the west and will extend slowly eastwards with rain clearing from the east coast in the evening. Afternoon highs of 5 to 8 degrees with moderate southerly winds, becoming moderate to fresh northwesterly as rain clears.
