Mostly dry this afternoon with variable cloud and just isolated showers. Outbreaks of rain and drizzle will move into the west and southwest by evening time, becoming a little more widespread by nightfall, accompanied by some hill and coastal mist and fog. Highest temperatures of 16 to 22 degrees, coolest in the northwest and warmest in the south, in mainly moderate west to southwest breezes, fresh at times in coastal parts of the north and west.

It'll be cloudy tonight with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, heavy at times in the northwest and west. Some hill and coastal mist and fog too. A mild and humid night with temperatures falling no lower than 12 to 16 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds.

Tomorrow morning will be mostly cloudy but with just a little light patchy rain and drizzle here and there. It'll become mainly dry across Ulster and Connacht by the afternoon with any patchy light rain and drizzle becoming mostly confined to south Munster and south Leinster later, where there'll be some further hill and coastal mist and fog too. Some bright or sunny spells will develop at times. Highest temperatures of 15 degrees in the northwest to 22 degrees in the south in mostly moderate southwest to west winds, fresh for a time in western coastal parts, decreasing light to moderate later.
