Dry early this afternoon for many with a mix of cloud and sunny spells. Cloudier in Munster with outbreaks of rain, drizzle and mist will slowly extend into parts of Connacht and south Leinster, becoming patchier as it does so. Much of the north, east and midlands will stay dry with just isolated drizzle possible though it will gradually turn cloudier. Highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees generally with moderate, occasionally fresh southeasterly winds developing.

Mild, humid and cloudy tonight with patchy outbreaks of rain and drizzle continuing to track northeastwards, becoming mostly confined to northern and eastern areas by morning. Mist and fog patches will form too, dense in places, as southeasterly winds ease mostly light and veer southwesterly. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 14 or 15 degrees.

Mostly cloudy tomorrow with just limited brighter spells. Mostly dry at first with just isolated drizzle, mainly in the north and east along with mist and fog in places. Later in the morning and through the day, outbreaks of rain will push up from the southwest, mainly affecting the western half of the country. Becoming breezy too, with moderate to fresh southerly winds developing. Highest afternoon temperatures of 14 to 19 degrees.
