A cold but bright and sunny start this morning. More cloud will build later this morning with a good scattering of showers across the western half of the country. Some of the showers may be heavy at times too with hail and thunder possible. Brighter and drier further east with isolated showers following this afternoon. Rather windy too with strong and gusty southwesterly winds, particularly strong about Atlantic coasts. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees.

Wet and rather blustery with fresh and gusty southwesterly winds continuing into the evening. Scattered showers throughout and continuing overnight. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees.

Amárach

Another breezy and unsettled day with fresh and gusty winds with scattered showers gradually becoming more isolated later in the afternoon. Sunny spells developing later with highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees.
