Cloud will gradually thicken from the west with patchy outbreaks of rain and drizzle developing in the afternoon, turning more persistent in Atlantic coastal counties later. Highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees with light to moderate south to southwest winds increasing moderate to fresh towards evening, strong to gale force and gusty near Atlantic coasts.
