Any mist or fog patches will clear quickly this morning. It will then be largely dry today with plenty of cloud and occasional sunny spells. A few showers may develop during the day but they will be few and far between. Towards evening, it will become overcast in the west and rain and drizzle will develop along the Atlantic seaboard. Maximum temperatures of 18 to 21 degrees in generally light westerly or variable winds.

Patchy rain along with areas of mist and drizzle will push eastwards over Ireland tonight. It will be a mild and humid night with lowest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees in light to moderate southwest breezes.

A generally cloudy start on Friday with patchy rain and drizzle. During the afternoon, cloud will begin to break up with sunny spells developing. It will be a mostly dry evening with lots of sunshine. Top temperatures on Friday will range from 17 to 21 degrees in moderate westerly winds.
