For the rest of today, there'll be sunny spells in many areas as well as some patchy light rain or drizzle in Munster and a few showers in north Ulster. Mostly moderate westerly breezes, a little fresher near the north coast.

Early tonight, any showers will clear and it will be mainly dry. Patches of mist and fog will form as winds become light and variable. Cloud will increasing the southwest overnight, bringing some patches of light rain or drizzle. Lowest temperatures ranging from 6 in the northeast to 12 degrees in the southwest.

Sunday will start off mainly dry with some sunshine in Leinster and Ulster. Cloudier conditions in the west and southwest will extend to most areas by early afternoon. Patchy light rain and drizzle will mainly affect the west and north, possibly becoming more persistent in Ulster in the evening. Warm and humid with highs of 17 to 23 degrees with light to moderate southerly breezes, warmest in Munster and south Leinster.
