Thursday will be cool and breezy with sunny spells and showers in the west extending to all areas by early afternoon. Some showers will be heavy with isolated thunderstorms and hail possible. Highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees, with moderate to fresh, gusty southwest to west winds.
