A cloudy and mostly dry start on Tuesday with isolated showers. Some sunny spells will develop later in the morning but cloud will thicken again from the west through the afternoon, bringing more persistent rain and drizzle in the evening. Highest temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees in light to moderate westerly winds, fresh at times on western and northwestern coasts.
