Showers will be most frequent over the northern half of the country, some heavy or thundery with hail possible and the chance of sleet on high ground. The showers will become isolated through the afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in moderate to fresh west to northwest winds, easing in the evening.

Largely dry and clear at first tonight, with just isolated showers. Cloud will soon build from the west with outbreaks of rain following into the northwest towards morning. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees. Light to moderate southwesterly winds will strengthen towards morning.

Amárach

Wet and breezy to start tomorrow, Sunday, with outbreaks of rain in the northwest extending southeastwards through the morning, along with fresh to strong and gusty southwest winds. The rain will be heavy at times, especially in the northwest, with some spot flooding possible. Sunny spells and isolated showers will follow in the afternoon as the rain clears southwards, with winds moderating and becoming westerly. Highest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees.
