Any early morning mist and fog will clear and apart from a few isolated showers, it'll be mainly dry for a time, with some spells of sunshine. However cloud will increase from the southwest and west, with rain and drizzle moving into the southwest and western coastal parts through the morning. The rain and drizzle will spread eastwards then through the afternoon and evening, along with some mist and hill fog, though it'll hold dry in parts of the east and north until after dark. Highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees with light to moderate southerly winds for a time, though winds will gradually freshen through the day.
