Rain clearing eastwards into the Irish Sea through the evening with bright spells and isolated showers following from the west. Moderate to fresh and occasionally gusty, southerly winds veering westerly and moderating as the rain clears.


Any lingering rain and drizzle will clear eastwards early tonight and it will become mainly dry with clear spells and just a few showers in the west. Lowest temperatures 7 to 10 degrees in light southwesterly breezes.


Sunny spells in the east at first tomorrow, Saturday, but cloudier conditions in the west will gradually extend eastwards through the morning and early afternoon along with patchy light rain and drizzle. Brighter and drier intervals will spread from the west during the evening. Highest temperatures 16 to 21 degrees in light to moderate southwesterly winds.
