Sunny spells and scattered showers this evening, with the odd heavy one still about in Ulster and Leinster but the showers will gradually ease and become more isolated later. Mostly moderate westerly breezes will ease light to moderate south-west towards nightfall.

Many areas dry with clear spells and isolated showers at first. Becoming cloudy and wet overnight with rain extending from the southwest. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees. Light to moderate south-west winds will increase moderate to fresh south to southwest overnight and towards dawn.

Amárach

Rain will clear northeastwards on Wednesday morning and will be followed by frequent showers through the rest of the day. Some of the showers will be heavy and thunderstorms are possible. Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees with a moderate to fresh south to south-west wind.
