Coldest under any clear spells in the north and northwest with frost developing in lowest temperatures of -1 to +2 degrees. Lowest temperatures elsewhere of 1 to 5 degrees, all in light to moderate northeast winds.

Rather cloudy tomorrow morning but turning brighter as the day goes on with bright or sunny spells developing. Most areas will be dry with just the odd spot of drizzle possible, most likely in the south and east. Highest temperatures of 3 to 8 degrees in mostly light northeast breeze, moderate at times in the south and east.
