Tomorrow will be generally cloudy with the best of any sunny spells in the southeast. Dry at first but scattered patches of light rain and drizzle will spread from the west in the afternoon, most persistent in the north and northwest. Southeastern areas will stay dry. Highest temperatures from 16 degrees in the northwest to 23 degrees in the southeast with a light to moderate southwest breeze.
