Largely cloudy over the western half of the country this evening, with scattered patches of light rain and drizzle and just occasional bright spells. Staying dry further east with hazy sunny spells in moderate southwest winds.


Tonight will start mostly dry apart from isolated patches of drizzle. Patchy outbreaks of light rain and drizzle will develop in the northwest towards morning. Lowest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds.


Tomorrow morning will be dry for most with sunny spells, but patches of light rain and drizzle will continue in the northwest. More persistent outbreaks of rain and drizzle will push into Connacht and west Ulster through the day. Staying drier elsewhere with sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest to west winds.
