This afternoon and evening will bring a mix of cloud, sunny spells and showers. The showers will be heaviest and most frequent in Ulster. Feeling a little milder than recent days with highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in light variable breezes.

Any lingering showers will die out early on tonight, leaving a mostly dry night with clear spells. However, with light winds or near calm conditions, mist and fog will return in places overnight, impairing visibility. Lowest temperatures of -1 to +2 degrees, with a touch of frost under prolonged clear breaks.

Early mist and fog patches will clear tomorrow morning, leaving a largely dry and sunny start to the day. Cloud amounts will tend to increase by the afternoon, with a few light showers breaking out in places, but there will be sunny spells too. Highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees, coolest along the Irish Sea coast, in light east or southeast breezes.
