Continuing dry in Leinster and Munster this afternoon and evening with spells of hazy sunshine. Rather cloudy in parts of Connacht and Ulster with outbreaks of rain and drizzle moving into the northwest later this evening. Moderate to fresh southwest winds.

Scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle will continue to push in from the Atlantic tonight, spreading southeastwards over the country. Mild with temperatures not falling below 11 to 14 degrees in moderate southwest winds.

Amárach

On Tuesday, patchy rain and drizzle will clear southeastwards from most areas through the morning as it turns drier and brighter weather from the northwest with just a few showers. It will be largely dry, fine and sunny across the country by evening time. Highest temperatures of 16 to 21 or 22 degrees in moderate southwest to west winds.
