Tuesday will be mostly cloudy. Dry for many at first with just well-scattered showers. Through the late morning and afternoon, showery outbreaks of rain will move northwards over Munster, Leinster and Connacht and will extend into Ulster in the evening. Some heavy, possibly thundery bursts will develop in places. Highest temperatures of 18 to 23 degrees with light to moderate easterly breezes.
