This afternoon will bring a mix of sunny spells and well scattered showers moving west to east, clearing into the Irish Sea early this evening. Highs of 8 to 10 degrees, in a moderate westerly breeze.

Dry early tonight under broken cloud with any lingering showers clearing eastern fringes. Outbreaks of rain and drizzle with freshening south-west breezes will arrive into Atlantic counties around midnight, extending eastwards later. Some mist too. Lows of 1 to 6 degrees. <br><br>

Overnight rain and drizzle will give way to sunny spells and scattered blustery showers, some heavy and of hail. A cool day with southwest winds becoming westerly, fairly brisk throughout. Highs of 7 to 10 degrees but turning much cooler from the afternoon.
