Inniu

Dry this morning away from the northwest, west and southwest, with a mix of cloud and some bright or suuny spells, the best of the sunny spells further to the east and southeast. Cloudy though further west, with rain and drizzle, along with some mist and hill fog, mainly affecting west Ulster, Connacht and west Munster. The rain, drizzle, mist and fog will only slowly extend a little further southeastwards through the afternoon and evening, weakening as it does, so becoming light and patchy, with a clearance following further west. The east and southeast will hold onto the dry and brighter conditions though for the day. Highest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees in light southeasterly breezes, veering light to moderate north to northwesterly with the clearance further west.

Anocht

Overnight light outbreaks of rain or drizzle will linger across eastern counties. However, amounts will be minimal with most of the country staying largely dry. Mist and fog will set in too with just light variable breezes. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 8 degrees, mildest along southern and eastern coastal fringes.

Amárach

A mostly dry and bright start across the country, with light drizzle possible over eastern coastal fringes. Any mist and fog will burn off early leaving sunny spells developing through the day. Feeling chilly with highest temperatures of just 10 to 13 degrees in light northerly breezes.
