Storm Bram will bring windy conditions for a time tonight. Southwest winds will be strongest across the Northwest, and where high tides coincide with onshore winds, some coastal flooding may yet occur. While the winds will ease, it will remain breezy with moderate to fresh southwesterly winds, stronger near western and northwestern coasts. Well scattered showers will affect the country with a widespread scattering towards morning, some heavy and thundery. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees.

Early morning showers will become confined to Ulster by around midday, giving way to sunny spells and mostly dry conditions for the rest of the day. A breezy day with highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees, in moderate to fresh southwesterly winds, stronger near Atlantic coasts.
