Continuing mostly dry this evening with sunny spells and a light to moderate west to northwest breeze. Becoming increasingly cloudy from the northwest through Ulster and Connacht though, with some patches of rain or drizzle developing.

Cloud will continue to spread southeastwards early tonight, leaving mostly cloudy conditions with just limited clear spells. Scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle will mainly affect western and northwestern parts. Lowest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees in light to moderate westerly winds, fresh at times in the northwest.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading southeastwards through the morning, becoming lighter and patchier as they do so. Some parts of the southeast will stay dry. During the evening, further rain and drizzle will develop in the west and northwest. Highest temperatures of 15 to 21 degrees with moderate westerly winds.
