Thursday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with further outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Some drier, brighter intervals will develop in Connacht and Ulster in the afternoon. Fresh, gusty southwest to west winds will ease somewhat through the day. Mild and humid, with highest temperatures of 15 to 20 degrees.
