Showers, some heavy, will become increasingly isolated this evening and tonight, allowing clearer breaks for a time. Cloud will increase from the Atlantic with outbreaks of rain and drizzle pushing into western counties by morning. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in moderate southwest winds.

Amárach

Wet and breezy for all for a time on Thursday with rain and drizzle becoming widespread in the morning. The rain will gradually clear south-eastwards through the afternoon with the chance of a few brighter breaks developing in the north-west, but remaining mostly cloudy elsewhere. Moderate to fresh southerly winds, strong at times on coasts, will ease by evening. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees.
