However, it'll become increasingly cloudy from the west through the afternoon, with rain and drizzle moving into western areas this evening and becoming breezy there. Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees, coolest in the northwest. Winds will be mostly light to moderate west to southwesterly for a time, becoming moderate southwesterly in the afternoon, freshening in the west and increasing strong in some coastal parts there.

A fresh and breezy day with sunny spells and scattered showers on Thursday. Showers will be most frequent across the west and northwest with parts of the southeast staying dry. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees, in a moderate to fresh westerly winds, strong and gusty along Atlantic coasts.
