Largely cloudy this morning though some sunny spells will develop in the afternoon. Showers will extend from the west throughout the day, most frequent in the west and northwest with a good deal of dry weather elsewhere. Highest temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees generally in light to moderate southwest winds which will freshen in the west later.


Mild, humid and mostly cloudy tonight with showery outbreaks of rain affecting Connacht and west Ulster. Elsewhere, there will be long dry spells with occasional showers. Becoming misty in places with pockets of fog possible. Temperatures not falling below 10 or 11 degrees in moderate southwest winds, fresh to strong on western and northwestern coasts.


Tomorrow morning will generally be cloudy with showers spreading countrywide from the west, turning heavy in the afternoon and evening across Ulster and north Connacht. It will brighten up in the afternoon too with spells of sunshine in between showers. Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees, warmest towards the east, with light to moderate southwest breezes.
