Mostly cloudy this afternoon with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading eastwards, but many eastern and southern areas are likely to stay largely dry. A further band of rain will push in from the northwest during the evening, gradually extending southeastwards over the country later this evening. Becoming breezy with fresh and gusty southwest winds developing, strong at times in the west and northwest. Highest temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees, warmest in Leinster and Munster.

Cloudy at first tonight with rain and drizzle, becoming patchier as it gradually clears eastwards with some clear spells developing later. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees as fresh and gusty southwest to west winds ease through the night.

Amárach

Largely dry tomorrow with a mix of cloud and sunny spells. A few showers will occur, mainly in the northwest where it will be cloudiest. Highest temperatures ranging from 15 degrees in the northwest to 22 degrees in the south and southeast in light to moderate westerly breezes, fresher at times along northern coasts.
