A dry start for most this morning, though it will be cloudy with patchy rain or drizzle in the west and southwest along with a few showers in Ulster. The cloud and rain will spread eastwards across the rest of the country during the afternoon, and begin to clear from the southwest this evening. Moderate to fresh westerly winds, easing for a time but increasing again across Connacht and Munster through the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees, mildest in Munster.

Patchy rain and drizzle will clear southeastwards early on tonight, with clear spells and scattered showers following. Showers will be most frequent in the northwest, with just isolated showers elsewhere. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees, mildest along western coasts, with moderate to fresh westerly winds.

Amárach

Tomorrow will be dry and bright for most with sunny spells and scattered showers, mainly in the west and north. Showers will become more frequent later in the day merging to longer spells of rain at times. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees with moderate to fresh westerly winds.
