Tomorrow will be generally cloudy with the best of any sunny spells in the southeast. Dry at first but scattered patches of light rain and drizzle will spread from the west in the afternoon, most persistent in the north and northwest. Highest temperatures 18 to 23 degrees in a light to moderate southwest breeze.
