Dry and pleasant this morning with spring sunshine and just isolated light showers. However, thickening cloud with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, will very gradually feed up from the Southwest, last to reach the East and Northwest later this afternoon. Damp in places this evening with patchy drizzle and mist. Highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees. Light to moderate southerly winds will freshen during the day too.

Anocht

A band of rain will move into Atlantic counties tonight, pushing eastwards overnight, with clear spells and scattered showers following from the west. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in moderate to fresh southerly winds, strong and gusty near Atlantic coasts.

Amárach

Friday will be a day of sunny spells and scattered passing blustery showers, with the odd burst. It will be a mostly dry end to the day however, across the western half of the country. Highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees in moderate to fresh and gusty southwesterly winds, strong in the West and Northwest, before easing later.
