Dull and damp to begin on Wednesday, with further outbreaks of rain and drizzle, along with mist and fog patches. Staying cool, cloudy and damp in Ulster with highs of just 5 to 8 degrees in mostly moderate easterly breezes. Becoming milder and a little brighter elsewhere though, with rain and drizzle giving way to scattered showers, with highs of 9 to 11 degrees in light to moderate mainly southerly or variable breezes.
