It'll start off cloudy on Saturday with fairly widespread showers and with a longer spell of rain across northern areas for a time. During the afternoon a few sunny spells will develop, mainly across the southern half of the country, but the showers will continue, turning heavy and with some thunderstorms likely too. During the evening, showers will gradually become mainly confined to the east and northeast, with drier, brighter conditions extending from the west. Highest temperatures of 14 to 19 degrees in light to moderate westerly winds.
