Turning cloudier from the southwest elsewhere with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle following, extending to most areas by morning. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees in the north and northeast with a chance of frost. Elsewhere, slightly milder with lowest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees. Some mist and fog patches will also develop in light to moderate southeasterly breezes.

Dull and damp tomorrow with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Some mist, hill and coastal fog too. The rain will turn heavier in the evening, particularly in parts of the west and southwest. Mild but breezy with highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees, in moderate to fresh and gusty southeasterly winds, decreasing light to moderate southerly in the evening.
