Today will be cold and bright with good sunny spells in most areas. There'll be a bit more cloud in eastern coastal counties. Highest temperatures of just 5 to 10 degrees with moderate to fresh northeast breezes, mildest in the south.


Tonight will be cold and dry with clear spells and some patches of mist or fog. A sharp frost will develop in many areas as temperatures fall to between -2 and +2 degrees.


On Monday morning, frost and any mist or fog patches will clear to give a mainly dry day with sunny spells. A few light showers may develop in northern parts of Ulster. It will be quite cold with highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees and moderate northerly breezes.
