Elsewhere will see scattered showers along with some sunny spells breaking through. However, further rain and drizzle will follow into the west later in the evening. Highest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees, with winds becoming moderate to fresh westerly.

Becoming mostly cloudy tonight with rain and drizzle developing in Connacht, Ulster and west Munster. Remaining dry in Leinster and much of Munster though. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 12 degrees, with moderate southerly winds, fresher near Atlantic coasts.
