Remaining outbreaks of rain and drizzle will continue to clear south-eastwards tonight it will become mainly dry with clear spells for a time. Showers will start to feed in from the Atlantic overnight. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees with mostly moderate southwesterly winds, fresh at times near western and north-western coasts.

Sunday will be breezy with sunny spells and scattered showers. Heavier and more frequent showers will spread from the west and north in the afternoon, with a chance of hail and isolated thunderstorms, mainly in the Connacht and Ulster. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees, with moderate to fresh, occasionally strong and gusty southwesterly winds.
