Clearing skies will lead to another very cold night with widespread frost and some icy stretches possible. Lowest temperatures will range between -3 and 0 degrees, in light to moderate northerly breezes.

Cloud will increase in the west and northwest during the evening, before rain moves into Connacht and west Ulster.
