Damp or wet to begin on Thursday, with widespread rain and drizzle, heaviest for eastern and northeastern counties. The rain will ease through the morning, but it will remain cloudy with patchy drizzle and mist. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees with moderate southerly winds veering westerly by afternoon.
