TODAY - Thursday 8th October
Mostly cloudy today, Thursday, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading from the west and becoming widespread this morning. The rain will be heavy in places and will persist for much of the afternoon before becoming patchier in the evening. Afternoon highs will range from 9 to 13 degrees but it will become milder from the west towards evening. Southwesterly winds will freshen with the arrival of the rain.

Mostly cloudy, breezy and mild at first tonight, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, turning heavy at times. Cooler, fresher conditions with clear spells and showers will push into the west of the province towards morning. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees. Moderate to fresh southwesterly winds will become westerly overnight.

TOMORROW - Friday 9th October
Tomorrow, Friday, will bring a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers, one or two possibly heavy. It'll be breezy with afternoon highs of 11 to 13 degrees in moderate to fresh and gusty westerly winds, strong near the coasts.

Friday: Rain will continue to clear southeastwards through the morning with a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers following. Breezy with fresh westerly winds and highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees.
Friday night: Clear spells and scattered showers, mainly affecting the north and west. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees, with moderate to fresh westerly winds.
Saturday: A mix of cloud, sunshine and scattered showers. Highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees with moderate to fresh west to northwest winds easing through the evening.
Sunday: Some bright spells to start, but becoming cloudier through the day with rain and drizzle pushing into the west and southwest through the afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 11 to 15 degrees with light southerly winds, increasing moderate later.
