Largely cloudy this morning with well scattered showers along with some patches of mist and fog. Through the day, better sunny spells will develop with showers becoming isolated. Highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees, coolest in the north of the province, with light to moderate northerly winds.

Dry tonight with long clear spells. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees in mostly light northerly breezes.

A dry day tomorrow with sunny spells, turning hazy at times. Highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees in light variable breezes. Slightly cooler though near coasts.

OVERVIEW: Largely dry and settled with high pressure dominating. Temperatures increasing through the week.

Tuesday night: Dry and mostly clear to start the night before cloud builds from the west with the odd spot of light rain or drizzle possible near coasts by morning. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees, coolest over Ulster. Light southerly or variable breezes will allow some mist and fog to develop.

Wednesday: A mostly cloudy day with just limited sunny spells breaking through. Some rain or drizzle will develop in the west and northwest during the day, transitioning to the north in the evening. Staying largely dry elsewhere. Highest temperatures of 14 to 19 degrees, coolest near coasts, in light southwesterly or variable breezes.

Wednesday night: Rain in the north will clear away through the night, becoming largely dry with clear spells developing. Temperatures not falling below 8 to 12 degrees with light southerly breezes.

Thursday: Dry with hazy spells of sunshine in the morning. Through the afternoon and evening, cloud will build from the west. Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 or 20 degrees with light southwesterly breezes.

Thursday night: Mostly dry though cloud will build from the west through the night with further spots of light rain or drizzle possible in the north. Temperatures not falling below 9 to 12 degrees in light southerly breezes.

Friday: Mostly dry and cloudy at first before better spells of sunshine extend from the west with the chance of isolated showers. Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 or 21 degrees with light southerly breezes.

Next Weekend: Another warm day on Saturday with spells of sunshine. Possibly turning a bit cooler from the west on Sunday with some rain possible.
