Sunny spells, scattered cloud and very warm temperatures today. Brighter conditions will develop this afternoon in the south and east with plenty of sunshine and dry weather. Remaining cloudier in the west and northwest for a time. Highest temperatures of 22 to 28 degrees, warmest in the south and east. Further west however, temperatures will be slightly cooler ranging between 18 and 22 degrees with light winds.
Staying very mild and humid overnight with temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees. Cloudier over the west and northwest with mist and fog patches forming. Clear and dry elsewhere. Light northerly or variable breezes.
Another very warm or hot day on Friday, though slightly cooler on northern fringes. Dry for most with hazy sunny spells, cloudier to the west and northwest with isolated showers. Sea fog will likely encroach along southern and eastern coasts at times. Highest temperatures of 21 to 29 degrees, warmest in the south, with light northerly breezes.

Friday night: Mostly clear and dry with mist and fog patches to the northwest. Isolated showers may affect parts of the west and southwest. Mild again with lowest overnight temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees in light or variable northerly winds.
Saturday: Very warm or hot, but cooler for northern fringes. Again, it'll be sunny for most, but cloudier at times over the west and northwest. Highest temperatures ranging between 18 to 29 degrees, cooler in the north, with moderate northeast winds.
Saturday night: Clear conditions will continue for most into Saturday night, with cloudier conditions persisting to northwest and north, where mist and fog patches will form. Lowest temperatures of 13 to 16 or 17 degrees, warmest in the south and southeast.
Sunday: After a cloudy start to the west and north, sunshine will become widespread. An easterly breeze will see the highest temperatures most likely to the western half of the country, ranging between 22 and 29 degrees.
Sunday night: Uncomfortable conditions for some as tropical nights will occur with temperatures not falling below 14 to 19 degrees overnight.
Monday: Dry and sunny across the board with hazy spells moving in over southern counties towards evening. Very warm or hot with highest temperatures of 22 to 28 degrees, warmest along the south and west.
Further outlook: Throughout next week high pressure will continue to bring very warm or hot temperatures across the country with widespread sunshine and blue skies. The easterly breezes will see the highest temperatures move further west, with slightly cooler to the east. Temperatures are expected to range in the mid to high twenties across the country. Nights will remain rather warm and humid too, creating uncomfortable sleeping conditions for some.
