Tonight will be dry apart from some patchy drizzle and mist in parts of the west and southwest. A mild night with lowest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees with light to moderate southeast breezes.

Tomorrow

It will be a mostly dry start tomorrow, Monday, with any early mist or drizzle clearing to leave sunny spells. However, cloud will quickly increase in western areas during the morning and rain will develop in Atlantic coastal areas by mid-morning. The band of rain will spread gradually eastwards over the country during the afternoon, reaching eastern areas by evening time with some thundery bursts possible. The rain will be accompanied by a fresh and gusty southerly breeze. High seas are forecast to develop along the Atlantic seaboard with some wave over-topping along the coastline. Highest temperatures tomorrow of 20 to 23 degrees.
