Today

Sunny spells and scattered showers today. The showers will be most frequent over the northern half of the country, some heavy with hail but they will become increasingly isolated as the day goes on. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in moderate to fresh and gusty west to north-west winds, easing by this evening.

Tonight

Largely dry with clear spells at first tonight, and just isolated showers. Cloud will soon build from the west with outbreaks of rain following into the northwest towards morning. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 6 degrees, coldest early on in the night. Light to moderate southwesterly winds will strengthen towards morning.

Tomorrow

Wet and breezy to begin tomorrow, Sunday, with outbreaks of rain in the northwest extending southeastwards through the morning, along with fresh to strong and gusty southwest winds.
