The rain will gradually clear southeastwards overnight and will be followed by clear spells and scattered showers. Lowest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees with light to moderate southwest winds, increasing fresh to strong and gusty in the west and northwest.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow will be bright and breezy with scattered showers. Most of the showers will be over the northern half of the country, so much of Munster and south Leinster could stay dry for the day. Cooler and fresher than recent days with highest temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees, in a moderate to fresh and gusty westerly breeze.
