Today

Dry and sunny this afternoon. Highest temperatures of 14 to 20 degrees, coolest in the east and warmest in the west, with moderate easterly breezes, occasionally fresher near southern and eastern coasts.

Tonight

Many places dry at first tonight with clear breaks, but high cloud will gradually increase from the south overnight. Thicker cloud across Munster, and parts of south Leinster and south Connacht will see outbreaks of rain and drizzle developing in these parts. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees in mostly moderate easterly winds, fresh and gusty near coasts.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow, Thursday, will be a cloudier day overall with outbreaks of rain and drizzle in the south and west, gradually edging northeastwards over the country, with some heavy bursts at times. Some northeastern areas will remain dry, however, with sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees, generally, but a few degrees cooler in the southwest. Moderate easterly winds will ease light to moderate east to southeast through the afternoon.
