Tomorrow

Tomorrow will be cloudy but dry for most. Outbreaks of rain will move into parts of the southwest through the afternoon and evening, with heavy falls at times later. Given saturated soils and high river levels, any additional rainfall may lead to flooding. Highest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees in moderate to fresh easterly winds.
