A clearance to sunny spells and isolated showers will move into western areas by evening. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in light to moderate west to southwest winds.
Saturday night: Rain in the east will clear into the Irish Sea early on Saturday night, with clear spells and scattered showers following from the west. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees in a light westerly breeze.
Sunday: Largely dry at first on Sunday with sunny spells and just the odd shower. It will become cloudier in the afternoon with more widespread showers spreading from the west, some turning heavy with the chance of isolated thunderstorms. Highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds.
Monday: A dull day on Monday with patchy rain and drizzle at first. More persistent rain will spread from the southwest through the day. Becoming breezy as the rain spreads with light southerly winds increasing moderate to fresh. Milder with highest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees.
Further outlook: Becoming warmer from Tuesday onwards but continuing unsettled for a time with further rain and showers. There is potential for longer dry spells towards the end of the working week.
