Monday will start off largely dry with bright or sunny spells and just isolated showers. Cloud will thicken from the southwest with outbreaks of rain developing in the afternoon and evening, turning heavy in places. Highest temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees with light to moderate south to southwest winds.
