Tomorrow will start generally cloudy with patchy drizzle and mist in the east and southeast, though it will be a brighter morning in the Atlantic coastal counties. Spells of sunshine and scattered showers will develop through the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees in light north to northwest winds.
