Cloud with steadily move in from the west through the morning and afternoon ahead of patchy rain and drizzle moving into western counties in the evening. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees, warmest in the southwest. Light southwesterly or variable breezes will freshen on Atlantic coasts later.
