Saturday will be dry in most areas with the best of the sunshine over the eastern half of the country. It will be cloudier further west. Through the late afternoon and evening, outbreaks of rain and drizzle will extend across western and northwestern counties. Highest temperatures of 17 to 23 degrees with light to moderate southwest breezes.
