Tonight

Outbreaks of rain in the east will extend further west tonight. However, it will stay mainly dry in the southwest where there'll be clear spells and isolated showers. Clearer breaks will develop in other western areas overnight. With saturated ground conditions and high river levels, further localised flooding is possible. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 6 degrees, coldest under any clear spells, where frost is possible. Winds will be light to moderate and variable in direction, but fresh to strong near eastern coasts.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow, Saturday, cloud and outbreaks of rain will continue to affect eastern areas through the morning with sunny spells and a few showers elsewhere. The rain will become patchier as the day goes on, eventually becoming confined to east Ulster. Sunny spells and scattered showers will spread from the west and southwest through the day. Highest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees with light to moderate variable winds.
